Teens: Ages 14-17

Service Description

Teens face many stressors in their social, emotional, and academic worlds. Having a therapeutic relationship can be of great benefit in helping them to navigate through the complexities of their world. Teens may find benefits in addressing their communication skills, identifying their feelings and needs, and expressing them in safe and healthy ways. Issues such as developing skills for coping with the different pressures and anxieties, helping to moderate mood, and helping to develop healthy coping strategies for the future may be areas of focus in my work with teens. It may be helpful for them to have a safe space free of judgment where they can explore who they are and who they are becoming.
